You are welcome to the Folklight Forms. An easy and secure way to submit your students information. The Folklight forms is designed by Folklight Studios for schools to easily and securely collect data from the public.

New Entry Login

How it Works

The process for entering and/or updating a data on the platform is quite easy as specified below.

New Entry:
  1. Use the "New Entry" button to register as a parent or guardian on the platform.
  2. You will need to provide the school's registration number and email to register.
  3. Once you are logged in, you can add your information, children's information and any other required information from the school.
Returning User:
  1. Use the "Login" button to log into an existing account.
  2. Once you are logged in, you can add or modify any information as required by the school.
